Textile Printing & Dyeing CMC
Warp sizing and printing-paste thickener — sharp prints, easy wash-off.
[01]Overview
Sentai textile CMC replaces starch in warp sizing and serves as an economical thickener for reactive-dye printing pastes, partly replacing sodium alginate. High-DS grades give clean wash-off and crisp outlines with good colour yield.
- Typical dosage
- Sizing 0.3 – 1.5 %; printing paste 0.5 – 2.0 %
- HS code
- 3912.31
- CAS No.
- 9004-32-4
What it does
- 01Warp sizing film — abrasion resistance and fewer breaks
- 02Printing-paste thickener for reactive dyes
- 03Easy desizing and wash-off
- 04Finishing and stiffening agent
