Quality control
Every lot, tested and traceable.
Every batch is tested in our QC laboratory and ships with its certificate of analysis.
[01]Quality gates
Five gates between the reactor and your dock.
- 01
Incoming inspection
Cellulose, starch, NaOH, MCA and solvent are checked against supplier specifications before use.
- 02
In-process control
Alkalisation and etherification parameters are logged per batch; intermediate samples check reaction progress.
- 03
Release testing
Finished batches are tested for every specified parameter; out-of-specification lots are held and re-processed or rejected.
- 04
COA & retained samples
A certificate of analysis is issued per lot and a retained sample is kept for traceability and complaint investigation.
- 05
Third-party verification
Customer-appointed SGS / BV inspection is welcome before shipment.
